Delayed Orders

We do our best to keep up with the growing demand for our products and services. Sometimes, pre-transit order delays still happen no matter how hard we try on our end to get you your package on time. We'll send order update emails in real-time when and if delays occur.

Delivery Delays

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Before you contact us regarding your order, be sure to:

1. Check your email for any notifications we may have sent you regarding your order. Also, check your spam to make sure we are not being sent there.

2. If you are experiencing an extended delay, contact us directly using the phone number (480-770-9346). For faster services, we recommend you send us an email or use the "Contact Us" Form.

Delivery Returned to Exotic Meech

If your package is returned to us, an associate will contact you and attempt to reschedule your delivery. If we can’t reschedule your delivery, we’ll cancel your delivery order and initiate a refund minus the restocking fee of $10. Here are the reasons your package may be returned to us:

1. Driver can’t find the delivery address you provided during order submission.
2. No safe location is found when delivery was attempted.
3. Driver had delivery issues but couldn't reach the Customer or recipient.
4. You contacted us and requested to cancel your order.
5. Due to Shipping and Carrier Delays, you request to cancel the order.

The Tracking Number for the shipped package is available 24 hours after it has shipped. This information will be emailed to you.
