Returns are available for all products and services unless otherwise *noted on our Web Property or agreed to in a private invoice.

*Refunds are not available for Product Review Videos because we start preparing our Web Property and Social Medias to promote the video upon completion and posting.  Read more about Returns and Refunds.

Your Order

After we receive your order, we will send you an email letting you know your order is being processed. To ensure your communication with us, make sure we have your correct email on file. Your email is requested at the time of purchase regarding services and products.

We use USPS (United States Postal Services) to deliver our packages. A different carrier such as UPS may be requested, but additional fees will be added to use these delivery services.We will send you an email with a tracking number and link as soon as we ship your package. We us PayPal's secure gateway to process our payments. You will only see this payment method when you checkout.

Missing Items

Orders with multiple items may be shipped at different times because they are custom made. These multiple items may arrive in different boxes on different dates. You will receive an email each time a package is shipped, and each package will have its own tracking number.

If you've received all packages from your order and you’re still missing items, Contact us immediately within 24 hours of final delivery of items.

Returning Items to Exotic Meech

Items sold and shipped by Exotic Meech can be returned or replaced, when  applicable, by mail within 7 days of receiving your delivered package. To ensure your item may be returned, review the exceptions regarding products that qualify for a refund or exchange. Because our product is custom made, we only except returns and/or refunds for the following reasons:

1. You were sent the wrong size or color of an item ordered.

2. Your package content arrived damaged while in transit.

3. Your package is lost and can be verified as "lost" through our tracking system.

Damaged or defective items

If an item you received from Walmart.com is damaged or defective, you can return by mail for a refund or replacement or at any Walmart store for a refund.

We are not responsible for:

1. Packages that are left outside and are damaged by natural causes such as rain or vandalism.

2. Packages that are left outside and are stolen as a result.
